DMX just can't seem to stay on the right side of the law. In the latest twist to his ongoing legal struggles, a warrant has reportedly been issued for the rapper's arrest after didn't attend a court hearing today regarding child support payments to his estranged ex-wife Tashera Simmons. Bossip claims that he stayed in the city after his DMXmas concert last night instead of flying back for the court date. According to Bossip, his lawyer said that X thought the court date was tomorrow, not today. It looks like the judge isn't having it, however, saying “[DMX] sat here at the table and said, ‘If you let me go, I’m coming back.’ Well, he ain’t here. It’ll be interesting to see if TSA picks him up on a warrant."

This unfortunately is just the latest blip in DMX's long history with the law. He was arrested for unpaid child support back in October, and fired his business manager soon after for not making the payments. Earlier this year, it was revealed that he owed more than $400,000 in child support payments in Erie County, N.Y. Let's hope he can get everything figured out before this gets any messier.
