By now, you've all seen Reuben Dangoor's exquisite paintings of grime MCs as landed gentry. Since sharing his work online in September, he's gained quite the following and now his work will be placed on exhibition at Tate Britain. Part of the gallery's Late at Tate event, you can now get a first-hand view of Reuben's 1700s-inspired interpretations of some the grime scene's finest, including Skepta on a white horse and D Double E as an actual general.

Dangoor's Legends Of The Scene series has received a great deal of positive attention. Even the artists themselves seemed chuffed at being depicted in such a regal manner, with most of them sharing his work on their social media. Legends Of The Scene will be on exhibition at Tate Britain on Friday 4th December (for free!). For more information, click here, and revisit our interview with the artist here.
