Marty Baller, an upcoming Harlem rapper, teams up with A$AP Ferg for their new collaboration, “Big Timers.” If you recognize the name, it’s a direct homage to Big Tymers’ “Get Your Roll On.” It’s unfortunate that Birdman and Mannie Fresh will probably never appreciate this because of their rocky past, but it’s cool to see young artists bring a slice of Southern history to the current rap scene. Baller and Ferg trade verses just like Stunna and Fresh did years ago. Their version is more sinister and dark, all the while keeping the original’s signature bounce. Listen to it below.
