Lil Wayne's massive lawsuit against Birdman and Cash Money Records is moving forward, and in the latest twist, Wayne is claiming that the label also owes some major money to DrakeNicki Minaj, and Tyga. According to the report from TMZ, new legal docs from Wayne's side claims that he has letters from Drizzy and Tyga's camps, which say that they also got stiffed out of money from Cash Money like Wayne did. In a different letter from Nicki's camp, she reportedly claims that her producers were not paid by Cash Money, even though that is the label's responsibility.

The new legal documents in the lawsuit apparently point to a $100 million advance that Cash Money received from Universal Music Group, which a chunk of was supposed to go to Young Money, though it never did. On the other side, Cash Money is claiming that Wayne did not fulfill his album requirements of his deal, which was supposedly 21 albums in seven years, and he's only completed 13 to this point.

These new allegations don't seem that surprising, seeing that Tyga has talked openly about not getting paid from Birdman and Cash Money over the past year. As for Nicki and Drake, they have remained pretty quiet throughout this whole situation, though there have been constant rumors about Drizzy's frustration with Cash Money and his continual attempts to fulfill his own album requirements with Cash Money. During an interview in December, Nicki talked about how she knew Weezy was very upset with Birdman and Cash Money, but said she thinks everything will work out. To this point, that hasn't happened and it appears things are going to get much worse before they get any better. Stay tuned for more details on this story as they emerge.
