The mysterious case of Lil Wayne’s alleged socks-wearing sex tape now includes some serious legal moves, with Wayne’s attorneys reportedly hitting the blog that’s been posting supposed clips of the footage with a cease and desist letter. The letter demands that any video be removed within five days to prevent further action, according to TMZ’s excerpted copy:

We hereby demand that you immediately cease the use, exploitation, and/or distribution of the video and that you deliver all copies, including electronic copies, of same to us or destroy such copies immediately and that you desist from this or any other infringement of Mr. Carter’s rights in the future.

As previously reported, the tape purportedly shows Wayne enjoying the company of two women while wearing socks. It’s worth noting that the cease and desist letter doesn’t expressly admit that such a tape actually even exists, adding weight behind Wayne’s representatives’ assertion that he had no clue the act was being recorded. At any rate, here's some non-sex tape footage of Wayne wearing socks:

Let this man wear socks whenever the hell he wants!
