News that Universal Music would release a solo record of Kurt Cobain rarities to coincide with the release of Brett Morgen's Montage Of Heck documentary about the Nirvana front-man hit the web last month. Now, we have the first taste of said "solo album," tentatively titled Montage Of Heck: The Home Recordings and due out next month, according to Stereogum. The album is set to include a cover of The Beatles' "And I Love Her" as well as a solo demo version of Nirvana's "Sappy," a pair of tracks that will also get a 7" vinyl release ahead of the full album drop. Today we finally get to hear that "Sappy" demo in much better quality than ever before, which bodes well for the rest of the tracklist.
