It happened in 2010 while I was deadlifting 10 plates with no belt and just being a young animal.

Action Bronson revealed that he had a bit of a health scare recently, and was forced to undergo emergency surgery in the middle of a trip to Alaska. It's unclear as to why Bronson underwent the procedure, but in his post on Instagram, he said that he was currently in recovery. Bronson is in Alaska filming new episodes of his popular food show, F**k That's Delicious. We'll continue to update with news on Bronson's condition as more information is revealed.
