Hailing from the Bay Area, production twosome SKULS have just shared with us the first track from their new EP, Lost Knowledge. "Obsession" is the track in question, and it's a great example of the parallels between the nameless, mercurial scenes in London and the beat scene on the west coast of America. It would still be fruitless, and most likely damaging, to give this sound a name; there's not even that much to tie the various sounds together sonically. One thing we can say with some certainty is that something really, really exciting is going on.
