Last night, Kevin Gates was officially charged with simple battery following an incident at a recent show where he kicked a female fan in the chest during his performance. While Gates offered up a brief explanation after the fact, he's now released a new song titled "The Truth" where he goes in-depth on the matter. Gates raps on the song as if he's looking at himself in the mirror, and claims that the woman was continually grabbing at his private area after he told her to stop.
