Back in January, a Chris Brown concert in San Jose abruptly ended when shots rang out and five people in the crowd were injured. Now, according to TMZ, one of those five people in the shooting is suing Brown for the permanent injury that he suffered in the incident, and claims that it was Breezy's fault for the lack of overall security at the show. The incident led Brown and his team to announce that he would no longer be performing at "Hood clubs" to prevent similar situations.
The suit, which was filed by Paul Briley, claims that due to the history of violence at past Chris Brown concerts, the singer should have had more security present during this show in San Jose.
