Another Friday, another single off Carly Rae Jepsen's new album EMOTION. The singer has been dropping taste of her highly-anticipated new sophomore album since spring including the Shellback-produced "Run Away With Me," the Sia-penned "Making The Most Of The Night" and Warm Blood" which was the produced and co-written by Vampire Weekend's Rostam Batmanglij.
Today finds Carly dropping new song "Your Type." While some may have gotten a first taste of the song when it leaked back in June (but was later taken down), the studio version out now delves deeper into the singer's 80's pop pool as waves of wobbling, warped synths soak in the song's electric bassline, coming up for air at the chorus with a euphoric headrush.
