Action Bronson is the latest rapper to find himself in some trouble over samples, as he's reportedly being sued by the Puerto Rican salsa group, El Gran Combo de Puerto Rico. According to TMZ, the group claims that Bronson sampled two of their popular salsa songs on his tracks, "Mofongo" and "Tapas," without permission to do so. The group claims that Bronson has made money off both of the songs, and is continuing to do so, though they're seeking to stop the distribution and collect damages.

"Mofongo" was featured on Bronson's 2011 project, Bon Appetit... Bitch, which is currently available on Spotify, Google Play, and Apple Music, while "Tapas" was featured on his popular mixtape, Blue Chips. It's unclear how much money the group is seeking from Bronson, but he has yet to respond to the lawsuit.
