With only three releases, London-based Rationale already has a lot to offer. With his 80's inspired production and lush harmonies, his first releases "Fast Lane" and "Re.Up" have already garnered him millions of plays. Now the the singer and producer is sharing the video for his newest track "Fuel To The Fire" that premiered on Annie Mac's BBC Radio 1 show yesterday. Sparked by grim news on the television around a year and a half ago, the song shares his feelings about "power, pressure, frustration & hope." While the song and video might have had a specific moment in mind, it's guttural response can easily be applied to any grim state of human suffering or violence in his hometown, here or abroad. Stark and simple, "Fuel To The Fire" offers a powerful visual as we see the man behind the music so desperately trying to grasp and make sense of the nonsensical going on around him as "they are bleeding you" rings in the chorus.

Watch the video for "Fuel to the Fire" above and look for the song as the title track on Rationale's forthcoming EP out September 18. If you're in London, you can also see Rationale make his live debut October 29 at The Courtyard Theatre.
