Back in March, Björk's retrospective at the Museum of Modern Art in New York was paired with the international premiere of her dazzlingly immersive video (see above) for Vulnicura track "Stonemilker." In predictably atypical fashion, Björk premiered the video using Oculus Rift-style virtual reality headsets at MoMA PS1, Rough Trade Brooklyn, and Rough Trade East in London.

Thankfully, Björk has finally released a globally accessible version of the "Stonemilker" video — retaining its 360° immersion via interactive visual navigation for those with updated browsers. Dazed premiered the YouTube version of the cinematic clip featuring the consistently compelling artist on location in Iceland, a triumph of a film directed by Andrew Thomas Huang.

"Intimacy was the goal of this project," Huang tells Dazed. "The shoot was spontaneous, decided in a late-night conversation between me and Björk while we had VR gear with us in Iceland."
