We get another Nina Simone cover from Lauryn Hill today, as well as an additional cover from Usher, with both coming in support of the upcoming documentary, What Happened, Miss Simone? that is set to debut on Netflix next month. Lauryn Hill's new cover of "Black Is the Cover Of My True Love's Hair" is now her third release of a Nina Simone song in the last week, and with how rarely Hill releases music, they seem to be a true blessing. The compilation project, which will be released on July 11, is also set to include covers from Common, Mary J. Blige, and more. Stream the songs above and below, and look for the documentary exclusively on Netflix beginning on July 26.
