Severe weather impacted Saturday's Firefly Festival performances, perhaps due to Cudi reportedly slaying it.

Sometimes the litness is just too much for Mother Nature to allow, and such was the case with Kid Cudi's performance at the Firefly Music Festival on Saturday.

Severe weather is heading our way. If at The Woodlands, clear the festival grounds, head towards the exit & seek shelter in your vehicles.

Apparently, the determined remnants of Tropical Storm Bill prompted the Delaware festival grounds to be swiftly evacuated — though additional reports suggest that the excessive litness of Cudi's performance might have prompted the weather-based intervention:

Kid Cudi to the 90,000 people at Firefly: "Please leave the festival grounds within 2 minutes"

FIREFLY WE HAD IT LIT! Sucks the storm shut us down, but I had the most AMAZING time with everyone tonight, I will def see you again soon!

After pondering the evidence, Cudi asserted the official diagnosis: excessive litness.

According toBillboard, Cudi's set ended up only lasting 20 minutes — just enough time for the frequent moon dweller to float boundlessly through catalog highlights including "Soundtrack 2 My Life," "REVOFEV," and a sadly interrupted "Mojo So Dope." Clearly, the impending release of Speedin' Bullet to Heaven even has mysterious forces of nature on edge.
