One day after Miguel announced that his new album, WildHeart, is set to drop this summer, news broke that he is now being sued for his infamous leg drop at the Billboard Music Awards two years ago. Interestingly enough, Miguel isn't being sued by the girl that he directly landed on, but by a woman named Cindy Tsai, who says that she was hurt when Miguel kicked her in the head as he made his jump during the performance.

Tsai is not only suing Miguel, but also the MGM Grand Hotel for negligence, and is seeking damages from both parties to cover her medical bills, lost wages, and pain and suffering. At one point after the initial incident it looked like Miguel would also be sued by the girl he landed on, but that hasn't happened as of now. We will continue to update this story as more details emerge.
