After all of these years, the beef between Rick Ross and 50 Cent is still alive and well, and is now going to court. According to TMZ, 50 is suing, and now claiming that Ross was the one who uploaded own his ex-girlfriend's sex tape to the internet, which has since gained millions of views. Recently, Rozay's ex, Lastonia Leviston, who has a child with Ross, sued 50 for uploading the sex tape and causing her emotional damage to the point where she thought about suicide.
50 claims that Ross and his team were actually the ones who uploaded the tape, and he simply shared it once it was up. In his lawsuit, 50 is pushing for Ross to have to cover the majority of the damages and fees if he loses his own case to Leviston. In her own lawsuit, Leviston states that the guy she made the tape with originally gave it to 50 as a way to embarrass Ross in the middle of their famous beef.
