Lil Wayne's having a rough year. Besides all the Cash Money drama, Young Thug's Barter 6 coming before Carter 5, and that shooting hoax in Miami, Wayne's now facing another lawsuit, this time from his former tour bus driver.

The driver, Mark Jones, claims that Wayne threatened to kill him. It all started in Buffalo, of course, when Jones pulled over for gas around 11:30 p.m. According to TMZ, Wayne was annoyed and threatened to pistol whip him and "finish the job by killing him." The driver freaked out and refused to drive—that's when Wayne allegedly approached him with a gun and said "I want to get to the hotel now." Wayne got to the hotel but Jones is now suing Wayne for false imprisonment, assault and emotional distress.

We'll update with more details when they become available. Pray for Weezy, the bus driver, and Buffalo.
