Los Angeles-based singer/songwriter/producer Shoffy has a hit on his hands with "Breathe." The Indie Pop-signed up-and-comer links with Matthew Burnett today for the slow-burning, mid-'90s R&B-tinged track, that cements him as someone to watch in the next year. There's not too much out on Shoffy right now but you can check out his self-titled EP from last year, too.
