Even though Mac Miller released his Faces mixtape as a free project, '70's soul and funk band, Aquarian Dream, is suing the MC for using their song on the mixtape. According to TMZ, the band is seeking $150,000 in damages for the use of their song "Yesterday (Was So Nice Today)" on Mac's track "Therapy." Mac and his camp reportedly reached out to the band to get clearance for the song, but when they didn't hear back they went ahead with the song anyway. You can hear both of the songs below.
