British singer FKA Twigs, who is known for her visually stunning videos, will take part in the Manchester International Festival, BBC reports. During her time, she will invite small groups of people to watch her make seven short films. She announced a seven-day residency at Manchester’s former Granada Studios.
FKA Twigs is joined by artist Gerhard Richter, actress Maxine Peake and many more who will be participating in the festival. Other highlights include Damon Albarn’s debut of his Wonder.land musical inspired by Alice in Wonderland. Björk is also performing a one-off concert at the Castlefield Arena.
The festival starts July 2 to July 19; Twigs’ residency is from July 9 to July 15.
