Converse Inc. has teamed up with Indaba Music to launch the Converse Rubber Tracks Sample Library, an evolving collection of samples recorded at Converse Rubber Tracks studios that will be available to musicians worldwide for free. It's all royalty free, with “no strings attached,” as the website states.
“We’re thrilled to announce the launch of Converse Rubber Tracks Sample Library, as it marks the continued expansion of our global Converse Rubber Tracks program,” said Jed Lewis, Converse Global Music Marketing Director. “This free online library will serve as a leading resource for bands, artists, and producers from all over the world to explore their musical aspirations.”
The sample library already has contributions from over 125 artists and musicians across different genres from all over the world. In conjunction with the launch, Converse and Indaba worked with over 20 artists like RJD2, Com Truise, Body Language, Obey City, Nitemoves, and Shigeto to craft new songs using samples from the library.
