Tech N9ne's unprecedented run as one of the most consistent acts rap has to offer continues this year, as the Kansas City native plans to release his 15th studio album, Special Effects, this spring. He's already taken a different approach this time around, sharing the intro track "Aw Yeah? (interVENTion)" off the project first, a move he's never done in his 20-plus year career.

Today, Complex premieres the latest song off Special Effects in "Dyin' Flyin'," a passionate performance that finds Tech N9ne flexing his lyrical dexterity and highlighting his perseverance through the rap game. "Whoever throws shade at the nina/Yeah it kind of cuts but it ain't enough to take me down," he raps. What's a mob to a king? Check out "Dyin' Flyin'" below, as well as "Aw Yeah? (interVENTion)."

Tech N9ne's Special Effects will be released May 5 on Strange Music. The project is available for purchase in five different packages for fans on his official website. Tech will also be hitting the road in April for the "Special Effects" tour in support of his album. Other acts performing on the bill include Krizz Kaliko, Murs, Chris Webby, Zuse, and King 810.
