Eric Garner's family releases a tribute song, "This Ends Today," in memory of the 43-year old unarmed man who was killed when a NYPD officer put him in an illegal chokehold on Staten Island last year. The song features Garner's daughter, Erica Garner, and his relative, Steven Flagg, as well as the audio clip of the incident where Garner repeatedly told the officers, "I can't breathe."

Since Garner's death in July, and the subsequent Grand Jury decision not to indict the officer who killed him, the case has sparked protests around the world, with the phrase, "I Can't Breathe," becoming a rallying point for people in the process. Behind a powerful chorus on the song, Erica and Flagg trade emotional verses where they rap about the pain following Garner's death and how they've dealt with its aftermath. The song is available to stream below, and can be downloaded here.
