Even though he's been constantly releasing material throughout the year, the city of Atlanta has been missing the presence of Gucci Mane. Young Scooter is one of his closest friends, and in support of the incarcerated Bricksquad leader he has released a tribute for him. Lamenting over an aggressive Chophouze beat, he disses the record industry and declares independence saying "record labels try to play you and I don't need no help." He raps with a little more urgency on this short but sweet song, almost sounding like Gucci at certain points. Even though there's still no release date for the upcoming Juug Season album, "Free Guwop" should hold us over. Listen to it above.
