Earlier this year, Toronto MC Tasha the Amazon strolled through the Six's Kensington Market with an enormous Bengal tiger in tow. People were freaked out, and rightfully so, but it was all part of the making of her video for "Thru The Fire," which we have the exclusive premiere of above. The video for the track, produced by Bass and Bakery and off of her FiDiYootDem mixtape, is an anthem littered with footage of protests to shots of the Chilean national police force and finds Tasha spitting some vicious lines like, "Nothing to lose when the pigs come round/We rebel royals with no crown." For those unfamiliar, Tasha's commanding flow and slick delivery is on full display throughout her entire FiDiYootDem mixtape, which you can stream or download here.
