Rick Ross Details His Weight Loss and #RossFit On "Good Morning America"

He also talked about how his new diet has changed his recording process.

As you already know, Rick Ross interviews are an experience within themselves, and his sit down with Good Morning America earlier today was no exception. Though Rozay dropped two albums this year, this interview focused on his biggest accomplishment: his nearly 100 pound weight loss and new workout regimen, #RossFit. Ross explained that when he suffered two seizures back in 2011, it was really a wake up call to him that he needed to get to get life together and embark on a healthier lifestyle.

With that healthier lifestyle, he now is focused on eating better (shout out to the pear) and making sure he sticks to his strict workout plan moving forward. As for how this will affect his music, Ross made sure to point out that no matter how much weight he loses, he will always be the boss. Check out the full clip above.
