Considering that Baltimore's Spank Rock is a true OG club music rap vocalist, the artist born Naeem Juwan being back at the forefront as club music makes enormous mainstream strides makes sense. As a B-side to to ratchet/plurnt/four-on-the-floor/get buck anthem "Assassin" just released with Amanda Blank making her return to the scene (over production from Kid Kamillion and Boys Noize), the Bad Blood Records/Boysnoize Records co-release out on October 7 features Kid Kamillion on production as well, blending ballroom, Jersey and traditional Baltimore vibes for a song definitely as ready for the massive crowds as it is the underground. As club music's sphere of big room influence continues to grow, tracks like this showcase a side of what the future holds for the genre.
