A duo hailing from California's Bay Area, PVNORAMIC have the most appropriate name I've heard in a hot minute for any emerging act. Pigeon-holed, their sound is not. Structured like a house track but with a distinctly festival-trap drop—and more importantly, a drop that doesn't sound like every other festival track—"Take Me" is a slow-building, but fully rewarding trap tune that really pushes aside pre-concevied notions about genre. It grinds my gears when fools say that trap requires no attention span, because tracks like this really prove otherwise. It's a beautifully-structured track throughout, and it's certainly a welcome introduction the the wide world of PVNORAMIC.
