“In the gutters where the good times end…” sings Kilo Kash on new track, "Locket." On your first listen, you'd be forgiven as dismissing this as simply a catchy refrain, but it goes deeper than that. Perhaps it was just good timing, or perhaps Kitsune’s latest and greatest has tapped into something more fundamental here.
The video itself, directed by Phillip T. Annand, shows our protagonist listlessly going through the motions as she feels like the centrepiece and the outsider all at once, all too aware that the party's over before it's even begun.
