One person died and 20 others were hospitalized after attending the Mad Decent Block Party in Columbia, Maryland last night. Howard County police say that Tyler Fox Viscardi, 20, was pronounced dead after being taken to the hospital. They suspect that Viscardi's death and the other hospitalizations were drug-related. Cops also made three arrests and cited 50 people for underage drinking. Diplo has since gone to Twitter to offer his condolences to those affected.
Last night was the third stop on the Mad Decent Block Party tour this summer and featured performances from Dillon Francis, Diplo, and Trippy Turtle. Tonight's show will take place in Norfolk, Virginia.
