Crooning newcomer Villz has kept a low profile for years now. In July of 2012, he released a four-track EP titled V (The Prelude). From the sensual "When We Fall" to embracing crew love on "Ridin," the short project showcased promising songwriting and catchy melodies but failed to make a splash. Yesterday, the Florida-bred, Gold House-signed artist resurfaced with a new single, "4:20am," which features scratchy strings and drum clasps, which mesh well with Villz's layered vocals. Director TMETRVLR SAO laces the video with seamless contrasts between the neon lights of night life and the drowning dark of solitude. Watch "420" above and stream Villz's aforementioned project here. His forthcoming debut album, Till The End Of Summer, is slated to drop soon.
