OVO crew member P. Reign is gearing up to drop his new project, Dear America, later this summer, and today releases a new song and accompanying video for "Where You Been." P. Reign tackles some pounding bass-heavy production on this record, rapping about how he only has one gear in life and that drives him to reach his goals. This song will apparently not be on the project, but is rather just a freebie to hold the fans over.
