'90s R&B and Jersey club really are a match made in heaven. When the styles combine with precision and excellent production, the results can be breathtaking and infectious. Today’s producers are wisely mining the charts and deep cuts of the famous R&B acts of tester year and so now today it’s now it’s no surprise we’ve got a dope ass remix of Jodeci’s "FreekNYou." NYC-based Ibe Soliman graced the interwebs earlier this year with a delightful take on Ellie Goulding and now he unleashed this remix and it's just serious. Serious about getting down to business. Squeaky yet sensual, Ibe's remix is Jersey club of high caliber. Not a surprise when you consider this dude has done production work for Faith Evans, Rick Ross, Keyshia Cole, Kendrick Lamar, and the Flatbush Zombies. This remix is part of a larger remix package but this is my favorite. It seems like a matter of time before Ibe's tracks are finding their way into big sets.
