Dr. Dre apparently needed a good laugh following his sale of BeatsByDre to Apple for $3 billion. According to Aftermath artist Jon Connor, Dre treated the day after the sale like any other—by kicking back, relaxing, and going to the movies.
“The day after it came out, that the Beats and Apple thing was happening, I think me and Dre watched ‘Neighbors,’ the movie with — who was that? Seth Rogen and Zac Efron,”he told MTV News. “We watched ‘Neighbors.’ It was cool. We was having fun. We just watched a movie after it happened. It was another day. He was extremely happy about it.”
