Another day, another interesting official remix of the new Trey Songz single. The Netherlands', Cesqeaux has turned in quite the psychedelic dancehall flavored flip here and it's a premiere here today on DAD. This chart-rising pop tune has definitely landed in the year of boring ratchet R&B, and this slick twist from Cesqeaux has really made this much more unique and noteworthy. Acid basslines and twerk elements wrap into a really impressive tropical club jam. Overall, incredibly brooding and it makes the vocal grab more of that "dangerous" feel I'm guessing they were trying to be present with the original version. Cesqeaux and DJ Sliink getting official remixes through Atlantic is definitely a great look as well.
