The time is finally here: grab the shittiest but trendiest clothes you own, throw on your Ray-Bans, and make sure your phone is prepared for all the #selfies you're going to take because it's festival season! It didn't matter if you couldn't fly out to California this weekend for Coachella because most of the show was live-streamed including the OutKast reunion show on Friday night. The whole world (sucks they didn't perform that) was tuned in while Future, Janelle Monaé, Killer Mike, and Sleepy Brown all joined them on stage—and Prince was watching from the sidelines.

Outside of all the Coachella craziness, earlier this week, Nicki Minaj gave Lil Herb a huge look when the two linked up on her latest track, "Chi-Raq." Future and Kanye West basically made an ode to their "trophy wives" on "I Won" and Drake announced that he'll be hosting this year's ESPYs. All that and more in What The Hell Just Happened in Music This Week?

Birdman loaned Justin Bieber his new Bugatti and Austin Mahone probably shed some tears.

Date: April 7

Justin Bieber really did wake up in a new Bugatti.

And it was all thanks to "Uncle Stunna" aka Birdman aka now this ruins my Like Father Like Son 2 theory because it'd be more like Like Uncle LIke Nephew and that's a really silly name for an album. Maybe it's a good thing Bieber moved out of Calabasas because you know he'd be making plenty of noise with his new Bugatti baby.

So, now that Bieber got a new car from Stunna and since he's been in the studio with YMCMB's Austin Mahone and since it looks like Lil Wayne is teaching him to skateboard, is it safe to assume he's part of the family? Probably-that or Birdman really just likes taking care of the kids.—Lauren Nostro

Future and Kanye West rap about how in love they are with their fiancées on "I Won."

Date: April 7

If you go home at night and either Ciara or Kim Kardashian are there waiting for you, we don't blame you for bragging. That is exactly what we hear on Future's latest single, "I Won," for which he calls on Kanye West. This is the latest single from Future's upcoming album, Honest, and is exactly what we wanted to hear out of a Ye and Future collaboration.

With Metro Boomin laying down the foundation for the production, we could surely see this song doing some damage on the radio waves and in the clubs. Lookout for Honest to drop on April 22. Listen to the song below and pre-order Honest on iTunes right here". —Zach Frydenlund

Drake will be hosting the 2014 ESPYs so you can expect a ton of jokes about himself among other things.

Date: April 9

Drake has been tapped to host the 2014 ESPYs. The 22nd annual awards show for ESPN will take place at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles on July 16.

This feels like a long time coming for Drake, who hasn't been shy about referencing his favorite teams and athletes in his music. Just last week, Drake released his "Draft Day" freestyle, which celebrated college stars and soon-to-be pro athletes Johnny Manziel and Andrew Wiggins. He also attended the NCAA men's basketball championship game between Kentucky and Connecticut on Monday, though his Wildcats ended up losing.

Drake will be the third musical act to host the ESPYs. Justin Timberlake was the Master of Ceremonies in 2008, while actor/singer Jamie Foxx handled hosting duties from 2003-2004. —Edwin Ortiz

OutKast's reunion went down at Coachella on Friday night and it was incredible.

Date: April 11

The first day of Coachella 2014 is officially in the books, and the moment that everyone was watching for was as memorable as anyone could have hoped for. That moment was of course the return of André 3000 and Big Boi as OutKast. As expected, they torn down the stage in Indio, California, as they brought fans with them down the memorable journey through their amazing catalogue.

They ran through all of their classics, and seemed to not even miss a beat on stage for the most part. With all of their festivals planned for this summer, we're sure getting the first out of the way is a huge relief for Big Boi and 3 Stacks. During the set they brought out Sleepy Brown, Janelle Monae, and even Future came out to perform his André 3000-assisted Honest cut, "Benz Friendz." —Zach Frydenlund
