Scarface can't leave the rap game alone. After announcing his 2008 album Emeritus would be the last testament of a legendary career that spanned three decades, Face is back on his music grind as he is prepping to release his new album Deeply Rooted.

The 43-year-old Houston rapper announced the news in the first episode of his new vlog, "The Road To #DeeplyRooted." The clip includes a few previews of what he's cooking in the studio, and it sounds like Scarface hasn't lost a step. "The game the same. It don't switch," Scarface says, who also hapens to be sporting a new healthier look. "The same rules apply in this as it did in the other games that we played." One new game Scarface has his sights set on is of the literally variety, as he is also working on a book with writer Benjamin M. Ingram. No word on what it will be titled or when it will be released, but fans can already anticipate some incredible stories from Scarface.

Watch the full clip above, where Scarface gets amped for a photo shoot by listening to ScHoolboy Q's "Man of the Year." "I feel like I'm going on stage when that song come on," he says. Get ready for more Brad Jordan in your life in 2014.
