The Top Billin crew designated Estonian secret weapon, Paul Oja, tosses us a tight little banger today as an exclusive for DAD. I say he's the killer on the hush only because we've featured him early this year on a criminally slept-on mixtape and Top Billin' has been fairly secret on his announcements. Definitely got excited when I got the heads up about "This Time" and it's upcoming drop though. I had to slot it for DAD as it's just as effective on the rowdy tip as it is on the chill side of things. Playful elements really are showcased throughout the entire cut and it's a great blend of electronic and hip hop elements. Paul Oja is definitely worth keeping an eye on for me at this point.
