Long Clothing and the We Buy Gold Record Label, both from the UK have come together to bring you this unusual Trancework compilation. As the name might suggest, this is a collection of footwork music remixes of anthems from trance music's golden age. So you get recent footwork luminaries like Chrissy Murderbot, Slick Shoota, DJ Paypal, and Sines remixing the likes of Da Hool, ATB, and Robert Miles. What does it sound like? The combination ends up sounding kinda like gabber music in many cases. Some people might see that as a bad thing. I personally find gabber music really interesting after learning about it while visiting the Netherlands recently. It's also an opportunity to spice up a set with something really different. Check it out.
