Dutch electronic house DJ Hardwell was introduced to Ultra Music Festival in 2012. Two years later, he was ranked as the No.1 DJ of 2013 by DJ Mag and landed the closing spot at Ultra on the festival's final day. Talk about a come up.
Despite the madness, Hardwell sat down with Complex TV and Do Androids Dance at Miami Music Week to discuss his upcoming album, which is 40 percent done, his love for Foster the People's Supermodel album, and his new documentary I Am Hardwell. The film, directed by videographer and friend Robin Piree, follows Hardwell throughout the last three years of his quickly growing career and is currently screening in the U.S. and Canada.
