Asher Roth has shown a strong sense of maturity since releasing his frat boy anthem "I Love College" in 2009. While that record brought Roth much success early on in his career, the 28-year-old rapper has moved on to more pressing issues through his music. For one, the political conflicts that take place in cities across the world.

In Complex TV's First Look video premiere for Roth's "The World Is Not Enough," we get to see firsthand the turmoil and war that is happening while people turn a blind eye. Directed by Rik Cordero, Senior Video Director for Complex TV, the video depicts the harsh realities that sadly don't get the proper coverage on the 6 o'clock news.

"It's hard to ignore what's happening all over the world," Asher Roth says. "The recent events in Venezuela and Ukraine have captured my attention and I hope others share my passion for justice and peace. The uprisings are intense. Intimidating. Inspiring. I was very happy to learn Rik was drawn to my words in 'The World Is Not Enough' and helped produce a timely piece that will in the very least create awareness."

If Asher Roth's message on "The World Is Not Enough" is still going over your head, check out his full lyrics for the song on RapGenius, where he also shares descriptions behind specific lines. His sophomore album RetroHash will be released April 22 and is available for pre-order now on iTunes. To keep up with Asher Roth, follow him on Twitter and Instagram
