T.I. remixes Young Thug's "Danny Glover" and Watch The Duck's "Girlfriend"

There are two ways a "Danny Glover" remix can go: The remixer at hand can completely adopt Young Thug's rubbery flow (a la Nicki Minaj) or do you keep it in line with your own signature flow? For the Rubberband Man, it's a perfect swirl of both. T.I.'s take on Thugger's breakout hit is rooted both in his own Atlanta-grown sound and the evolution that Young Thug's been bringing to it.

Another set of newcomers that have been futzing with that Southern-fried sound is Watch The Duck. The ATL trio combine trap with dubstep, which you may say has been done before and called, oddly, trap. But The Duck stretch the the two components more toward the direction of their original sound. On "Girlfriend," the group mixes soul music with that dubstep wub-wub-wub. It's a little bit more laid back, missing a full-throttled drop but still primed for two different kinds of parties. T.I. gave this cut a spin, as well. Check both out below.
