SZA links up with Chance The Rapper on her new record "Childs Play," produced by XXYYXX and Dae One. The song is very smooth, almost trance-like, with SZA's sweet vocals putting listeners in a hypnotic state. Chance then jumps in with a charming verse that will certainly be on repeat. "Only ride rhythm to the tardiest of tempos/Only ride shotgun when the car is a limo," he raps over the dreamy melody. SZA has performed this record before, including at her Fadar Fort appearance during CMJ last year. The beat here sounds similar to the one that Ty Dolla $ign used on "Get It How I Live" off his Beach House 2 mixtape. Both songs feature XXYYXX as a producer.
"Childs Play" is off SZA's debut album Z, which will be released on April 8. The project will also include her latest record "Babylon."
