With a forthcoming album in the offing, Steve Angello is preparing for a major 2014. As well, for his label, Size Records, it would appear as though they're preparing to be a major player not just in this year, but for quite some time to come. Do Androids Dance has already reported about Angello wanting to embrace indie-based principles as an artist, however the latest news sees this intriguing mindset develop on the label side of the coin, too. Angello will be giving away the label's 170-track catalog for free on Google Play in honor of the label's tenth anniversary of existence. The giveaway will be gradual, and is in conjunction with Size's March 27th #Decade party scheduled for Miami Music Week. Regarding the move, label boss Angello says, "I don’t think that music should always be for free, but I think if there’s stuff that can be done the way we’ve done it now, I think labels should give it a try."
