Chicago's Mick Jenkins shows off his raw rhyming ability once again on his latest song, "Free Nation Rebel Soldier Pt. 2." The song serves as a precursor for what is to come on his upcoming mixtape, The Water[s]. Mick's words burst out from his lips in a rush, as he almost outraces the piano-laced 6thBoro production, but he manages to stay on-beat throughout. Both braggadocios and pensive in equal measures, Mick proves himself once again to be one of the best emerging talents from Chicago. While The Water[s] currently does not have a release date, the anticipation for the project is growing.
