MTV News recently caught up with Lil Wayne and in the clip they just released today, they asked Wayne about Nicki Minaj's recent single "Looking Ass Nigga." Although Wayne admitted the song is popular in clubs and claimed Nicki "never fails to amaze me," he wasn't particularly impressed by the song.
"Honestly, I'm a tough judge and I'm the boss," said Wayne, to MTV. "So I kind of be like, 'Yeah that's nice. But you could do better.' But that's what I tell myself everyday too."
Nicki Minaj's next album, The Pinkprint, is slated for later this year. Wayne's Tha Carter V is slated for May 5. Young Money's latest album, which includes the song "Looking Ass Nigga," Young Money: Rise of an Empire is out now.
