Kanye West has been sentenced to two years probation for attacking a Daniel Ramos, a paparazzo, back in July 2013 at Los Angeles International Airport. In November, West pleaded no contest to the battery charge via his attorney Blair Berk. Today Berk, who attended court for West, said (via CBS News), he "was only trying to prevent [the] photographer from taking his picture."

West has been "ordered to perform 250 hours of community service and undergo 30 days of anger management counseling. He was also sentenced to one day in jail, but is expected to be booked and immediately released."
