Now this is cool. Today, Complex News posted their selection of acts you should definitely be checking out if you hit SXSW, and we're pleased with their picks. The first artist off the bat is DJ Rashad, who had a great 2013 but we imagine that many of his new fans knew fuck-all about him around SXSW-time last year. Also included is Sam Smith (you know, the guy on Disclosure's "Latch"), who's striking out on his own as an artist.
